At the February 15, 2022 County Board meeting, the McLeod County Board of Commissioners approved a request for Public Works to solicit a construction manager and architect as a next step in exploring options for the construction of a future County Highway Shop that would be located on the Glencoe Area Transportation Services (GATS) property. Additionally, the Board also approved bids from Ebert Construction (Corcoran, Minnesota) to construct a cold storage facility in Silver Lake.
