Water Plan & Natural Resources Block Grant

The County Water Plan includes both surface and ground water resources in the county and identifies local goals and objectives concerning the water resources in the county.

The Comprehensive Local Water Plan addresses water problems in the context of watershed units and groundwater systems. This is based upon principles of sound hydrologic management of water, effective environmental protection and efficient management.
