The County Assessor's office is responsible for processing forms and applications concerning specific property tax programs. For a list of programs, please refer to the left side navigation links on this page. The programs have various qualifications and requirements; each form requires information relevant to the program. Please review the requirements carefully during completion. Some of the program forms are required to be completed only once, others are required to be submitted annually. If there is an annual requirement, we will send out the necessary forms for the property owner to complete and submit for consideration for those who are participating in the program. Otherwise, please refer to the applicable program for requirements.
