If you are in Minnesota and have tested positive for COVID-19 and experienced symptoms within the last five days, you may be eligible to receive treatment with prescription delivery or pharmacy pick up at no cost. Health insurance is optional and NOT required to receive treatment. Getting care is fast and easy. And all you need is a mobile device. You can access care by downloading the Cue Health App or calling 1-833-283-8378.

Some key details:

  • Mobile app / telephone / web-based telehealth platform for COVID-19 therapeutics
  • Anyone in Minnesota with any positive COVID-19 test can use the platform to seek a consultation with a clinician to determine whether an oral antiviral is right for them and provide a treatment plan
  • Patients can use the service using any COVID-19 test
  • The service is at no cost to the patient, and no insurance is required
  • If the clinician prescribes an oral antiviral, patient can choose pickup at pharmacy of their choice with inventory or choose door-to-door delivery
  • App-based platform is available 24/7 to upload results/access information, with synchronous telehealth consultations from 7:00 AM – 9:00PM CST
  • Intake screening all in app, including screening for medical emergency, etc.
  • No government/photo ID or MN address required (except for delivery of therapeutics)
  • Phase II will roll out on January 5th, 2023: will have telephone and web-based solutions added, as well as full language support
