Fairgrounds facilities can be reserved by calling 320-484-4301 between 8am and 4:30pm (Monday - Friday), or you can send an email Facility Request.

Facility Contract & Deposit
Once the date availability is confirmed, you will receive a facility contract to sign. Upon completion of the contract, you will be required to make the deposit or full payment to secure the date requested.
If the lease is less than $125, full payment is due at the time of signing the facility contract. The is fee is non-refundable.
If the lease is greater than $125, a deposit of $100.00 is due at the time of signing the facility contract. This deposit is non-refundable. The entire balance is due prior to the date of the event.
