The Commercial Building contains the McLeod County Parks & Recreation, University of Minnesota Extension, and the McLeod County Agriculture Association (McLeod County Fair) Offices, as well as the Gymnasium, Meeting Room

The Commercial Building is located on the West side of the Fairgrounds.

Rental Fee- $700.00 per day
Stages available- $100.00 per event (small)  Constructed - $150.00 per event
Court Rental Fee-$20.00 per hour (includes tax) A drop box is located for your convenience to pay as you play.
