Commercial Building & Gym

The Commercial Building contains the McLeod County Parks & Recreation, University of Minnesota Extension, and the McLeod County Agriculture Association (McLeod County Fair) Offices. A gym and meeting room are also located within the Commercial Building. The Commercial Building is located on the West side of the Fairgrounds.

$720 per day
Stages: $100 per event (small)
Constructed Stages: $150 per event
Court Rental: $20 per hour (includes tax). A drop box is located inside for your convenience to pay as you play.

Approximately 120 feet x 200 feet = 22,000 square feet of Exhibit Area.
