The purpose for the Assemblage of Large Numbers of People Ordinance of McLeod County is to regulate the assemblage of large numbers of people in excess of those normally requiring the health, sanitary, fire, police, transportation and utility services regularly provided in McLeod County, in order that the health, safety and welfare of all persons in McLeod County, residents and visitors alike, may be protected.
