Comprehensive Land Use Plan

The McLeod County Comprehensive Land Use Plan was established in 1995. It was prepared over a two-year period ending in mid-1992 by the McLeod County Planning Commission with assistance from a committee of representatives of each of the County's fourteen (14) Townships and nine (9) Cities. Technical assistance was provided by the McLeod County Staff and consultant services. The Comprehensive Land Use Plan addresses the planning and regulation of land outside the cities, within McLeod County's borders.
