The McLeod County Feedlot Management Ordinance regulates the permitting, location, development, operation, and expansion of feedlots for the purpose of promoting best farm management practices and to protect the natural environment, public health and safety, and general welfare of McLeod County. The ordinance was passed and signed by the Board of Commissioners on June 24, 2003. The effective date of this ordinance is June 24, 2003.
